BUYERS BE WARE!!! I’m new to Dallas and when I walked in this establishment, I was overtaken by the beauty, then this Amazing waitress, named Sofia graced me with her warm smile and sweet demeanor. Sofia was the perfect waitress!!! She was friendly, and we had great conversation. She made me the most well proportioned mimosa (I had 2) and then she made me the Best Carmel Macchiato!!! Customer Service, Top Notch!! That’s where the goodness stopped!!! Granted, I was unaware this establishment closed at 3:00. (I arrived there at 2:30). My food was disgusting 🤮 I was given a biscuit that was so hard, rubbery, and under cooked. Honestly, It made me stop eating my food for fear that my food may not have been properly prepared. I immediately brought my experience to Sofias attention, she then shared my experience with her manager, who turned around and gave me $2 off my bill. To add insult to injury, at exactly 2:50 they turned the lights off on me. I was eating in the dark!! Sofia inquired with the manager as to why they turned the lights off, and she got no answer. I approached the manager. I told him how I felt about the food and that his customer service was horrible, again he insulted me by asking me to come back tomorrow!! Really!?! I told him I would NEVER come back to this establishment again!! I don’t normally leave bad reviews, I usually work out misunderstandings with the manager, and leave it be, but this manager was so rude, and disgusting, I had to take it to the Gram!!! This establishment does not deserve an Amazing Waitress as Sofia!!

This place was not good at all. Soggy bacon, even after asking for crispy and returning for a retry. Cinnamon French toast…no cinnamon at all! Ask for cheese to be mixed in to eggs , nope placed on top! Caramel latte had no Caramel even after being re made. Thankfully they took that off of the bill….we will NOT be back!!!!

I had a a bad experience with the food, I asked them to remake my food because my steak was cooked wrong and they brought me back the same steak again just recooked, instead of remaking my steak. I don’t know if they just didn’t want to waste a steak but they should also understand that if a customer is paying for food then it should be made right and nobody wants a recooked steak .

The food taste fresh and delicious. I had brunch. The portions were good.The pancakes were fluffy with a little chew to it. I would recommend going here.

I wanted to love this place, it's beautifully designed and the host was very friendly. Server was good until he brought the food, then we never saw him again until we were finished eating and had been sitting for several minutes. In need of a refill but never asked. My food was really good but my dining companion used "bland" to describe theirs. There was also a mix up/lack of communication for a substitution and the server removed the unwanted item but still charged separately for the substitution. We're in TX and it is hot, I was a little warm while dining. Did not love this place like I hoped I would.

Let's start with the positives. The host was fantastic—he greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. He definitely deserves a gold star. The atmosphere was also great, and we really liked the décor and overall vibe of the restaurant. My wife also really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience didn't go as smoothly. I ordered chicken sausage as a substitute for the regular sausage, but my plate came with bacon, regular sausage, and chicken sausage. I don't know many people who want to eat that much meat with one meal. When I pointed out the mistake, the server took the regular sausage back. The service was also disappointing. After taking our order, our server never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything until it was time to bring the check. At the end of the meal, I noticed I had been charged for a separate side order of chicken sausage. When I asked to have the bill corrected, the manager told me it was an upcharge but that he would remove it. If it's an upcharge, the server should have explained that when I placed my order. More importantly, the receipt didn't show an upcharge—it showed a separate side order of chicken sausage for $4.99, which is the full price of an additional side, not the cost of a substitution. What disappointed me most was the manager's attitude. Rather than acknowledging the confusion and focusing on resolving it, he seemed more interested in proving he was right. Good customer service means listening to the customer and handling situations professionally, especially when there's a misunderstanding. To top it off, the waffle was bland, and even the syrup lacked flavor, which was surprising for a breakfast restaurant. Had this interaction been handled differently, we would have gladly returned. Unfortunately, because of the way our concerns were handled, we don't plan to visit again.

I went here with my family for an early Father’s Day celebration since I know going the day of would be crazy busy. We went around 10am and when I tried calling they didn’t pick up. Google has shown this place might be busier than normal, so I was surprised to see it was mostly empty when we walked in. Initially this gave me some concern regarding how the food will be, but shortly after we were seated the place started filling up. We were greeted by our waiter who was very nice and we were also greeted by either the manager or the owner of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Down South house favorite which included biscuit and gravy, 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, and hash browns. For $13.99 this was a lot of food. The bacon strips were huge and so were the sausage patties. The biscuit was ok, it wasn’t very fluffy and didn’t have much flavor on its own. The sausage gravy was decent, but once again the gravy was lacking in flavor. I’m a bit of a biscuit and gravy snob so this didn’t rank high on my list. Sausages, bacon and hash browns were fairly standard compared to other breakfast places. My eggs were perfectly cooked, however, they were a bit oily. My kids both got the Mickey Mouse pancakes with 2 strips of bacon. Their portions were also huge. The pancake had blueberry eyes and a strawberry nose. It was dusted with powdered sugar. My kids asked for whipped cream and they gave it to them no charge. My wife got the crab cake Benedict and she says she liked them. Overall the service was friendly and the food met my expectations. I would definitely come back again and try some different items.

Service was great. Wait stuff look and act like they love their job and it's genuine. Food was delicious! We ordered traditional breakfast with pancakes and veggie skillet with overeasy eggs and sourdough toast. Atmosphere was pleasing. Flowers everywhere even hanging from the ceiling. They're not real but still a beautiful decoration. We'd recommend this place to anyone.
